Description
This Early Medieval Rectangular Bronze Belt Buckle is inspired by real finds from the 8th–10th centuries, used alot in Anglo-Saxon, Norse, and Carolingian regions. Its flared rectangular shape shows how the early medieval people has a simple taste with practical designs.
Each buckle is handmade from solid bronze using the traditional lost-wax casting method just like years ago. This leads to a strong and smooth buckle for historical belts, pouches and other leather gear.
It fits straps up to 2 cm wide, making it good for Viking-style belts, medieval pouches and accessories. Over time, the bronze naturally develops an aged patina, giving it an even more authentic look.
Care Instructions:
• Keep in a dry place away from moisture.
• Avoid contact with chemicals or acids.
• For polished bronze, wipe gently with a soft cloth to keep the shine.
Note:
Each Bronze Belt buckle is hand crafted so small differences in color or texture are normal.
