Medieval chainmail coif/hood is the classic chainmail hood popular in LARP, reenactment medieval events. It would be the perfect protection under your favourite kettle hat or even worn as your main head protection for your favourite character.

This large coif is intricately HANDMADE from 18 gauge mild steel rings with a diameter of approx. 6 mm each, riveted using DOME RIVETS. For increased strength, the rings alternate with SOLID FLAT RINGS. This comes in a single size that fits most.
