Description
13th-Century Design (Lendenier): This Padded Arming Belt is inspired by 13th-century arming garments, known as a lendenier. Historically worn beneath armor, it served as a vital support piece for securing hose, chausses, and plate leg defenses. The design is practical for modern LARP use.
Durable Canvas Cotton with Comfortable Padding: Crafted from thick canvas cotton, this medieval arming belt is comfortable for long hours of wear. The padded design helps distribute weight evenly, decreasing pressure points when supporting heavy leg armor. It functions as both a padded belt and as a piece of padded armour layering.
Adjustable Fit with Arming Points: Designed for customization, the belt has canvas eyelets along its length, for tying options for a personalized fit. The eyelets are for long arming cords with brass aiglets, making the attachment straightforward and reliable. The arming accords are not included, for personalisation you can buy your own choice of cords.
Practical Armor Support: Available in different sizes, this accommodates a wide range of body types, please refer to the size chart for best fit. Whether worn under chainmail, with plate armor or as part of a complete medieval armor setup, it provides reliable support while maintaining historical accuracy.
