This Bone beard comb is a handcrafted grooming tool which is made from ethically sourced animal bone. It has a one-sided design with fine teeth for easy and smooth use. The surface is carefully hand carved and polished to show the natural bone grain look , with design detailing on the top edge which shows a rustic medieval character.
The comb is lightweight, easy to carry, and great for daily use or for travelling as well. Bone was commonly used for grooming tools during Viking and medieval times because it was smooth, naturally available and non-static for the hair. It did not damage the hair and also could be shaped into fine teeth for use.
