Each coif is hand-assembled, so slight variations in texture or ring alignment may occur. A thin protective oil layer is applied to the Black Finish before packing to prevent rust during transit.
Do not oil the zinc-polished Head Chainmail, as oil can dull the protective zinc coating and decrease its corrosion-resistant properties
