Description
This Viking Valkyrie pendant is a finely crafted bronze replica of an extraordinary 9th-century artifact discovered near the village of Hårby in southwest Funen, Denmark. The original piece, dating to around A.D. 800, depicts one of Odin’s Valkyries — the legendary “choosers of the slain” from Norse mythology.
Our Viking Valkyrie pendant captures every intricate detail: the flowing patterned dress, the poised stance, and the double-edged Viking sword held alongside a warrior’s shield. Forged using the ancient lost-wax casting method, this pendant exudes both historical authenticity and artisanal craftsmanship.
Designed for wear, it comes with a 2 mm thick adjustable leather cord, allowing it to rest comfortably at your preferred length. Whether worn as a statement of Norse heritage or kept as a collector’s piece, this Viking Valkyrie pendant is a timeless tribute to Viking legend and artistry.
