Description

This Norse drinking horn has an engraved Valknut related to Odin and the fallen warriors who feasted with him in Valhalla. Made by three interlocking triangles, it stands for courage, fate and the eternal bond between life and death. To drink from a horn carved with the Valknut is to honor the warriors’ path and the divine watch of the Allfather himself. Ideal as a mead drinking horn for celebrations, rituals or Viking-themed gatherings.

Made from natural ethically sourced ox horn, each Viking Drinking Horn is completely unique, with its own shades, grain and patterns. The brass rim and crocodile shaped tip gives durability and a regal look. This Norse drinking horn also works beautifully as a display horn drinking cup because of its polished finish and brass rim and tip.

The solid brass rim acts as a reinforcement to protect the rim of the horn, the brass develops a patina over time. The crocodile tip completes the design and makes the horn beautiful enough to display.

Imagine standing in a smoky fire lit Viking hall, you raise this horn high, the Valknut engraving catching the glow of the flames, marking you as part of a warrior tradition as old as the sagas. Whether used as a drinking horn mead vessel or added to a collection of vikings drinking horn, it shows the spirit and artistry of Norse tradition.

Ideal for medieval banquets, viking themes or as a striking display piece, this Viking Drinking Horn shows both the artistry and the spirit of Viking culture. It can be safely stored and carried and gifted as needed in the included Lord of Battles canvas pouch.
