Description
Crafted from 20 Gauge Mild Steel
These Classic Medieval Knight Bracers are handcrafted from durable 20 gauge mild steel, for protection, comfort, and historical style. The steel has a smooth mirror-polished finish that beautifully reflects light.
The interior is coated with a protective black finish that helps resist rust, corrosion, and everyday wear. This protective layer extends the life of the armour.
Inspired by Early Medieval Armour
Bracers, also known as vambraces, were worn to protect the forearms, one of the most exposed parts of the body during combat. They helped shield the arms and allowed the wearer to move freely. As armour evolved throughout the Middle Ages, simple plate bracers like these became an important part of a knight’s defense.
This design shows the clean and practical style of early medieval armour. Without too much decoration, the gently curved plates follow the shape of the forearm, for reliable protection.
Comfortable, Adjustable & Secure
These medieval steel arm guards are fitted with genuine leather straps that provide a secure and adjustable fit. Multiple holes allow the bracers to be tightened or loosened according to individual preference.
Because genuine leather is a natural material, each strap has unique grain patterns, textures, and colour variations. The bracers arrive with a layer of oil on it to prevent rusting during shipping and storage.
Perfect for Historical Costumes & Fantasy Wear
Whether you’re completing the look of a knight, mercenary, or fantasy warrior, these steel vambracers are excellent for your fit. They are ideal for cosplay, LARP events, Renaissance fairs, theatre , movie costumes, stage use, displays.
With their simple appearance, these Classic Medieval Knight Bracers pair easily with gambesons, chainmail, breastplates, and other pieces of medieval armour.
