This Medieval Buckler Shield is small, strong, and built for fast defense. Hand-forged from tough 16-gauge steel, it has a hammered finish that gives it a bold, rugged look. Inspired by shields used in Europe between the 13th–16th centuries, it is perfect for training, LARP, or stage use.
The rolled rim makes the shield safer and longer lasting, while the domed boss (umbo) protects the hand and helps turn aside blows. On the back, a solid wooden grip is riveted in place, shaped to sit comfortably in the hand during long sessions.
