Description
This intricately crafted bronze buckle draws its inspiration from the bold aesthetics of the Viking Age, particularly during the 9th and 10th centuries when Norse craftsmen perfected the art of symbolic metalwork. Found on belts, harnesses, and personal items, such pieces reflected more than just utility—they were markers of culture and craftsmanship.
Our buckle is made using the time-honored lost-wax technique, ensuring sharp definition and rich texture. The rectangular form is filled with flowing interlace designs—an homage to the unbroken paths of destiny and tradition. It includes two rear holes for stitching or riveting to leather and a strong central tongue for everyday use.
