We stand by our customers and our products. If you receive an order defective in any way, we will replace, or exchange the item for you.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund, we will still work with you to sort out any defective product or problem.

In most cases, we will reply with a pre-paid shipping label and any further instructions. Items with natural cosmetic imperfections or varied shape, texture or volume are not considered defective.
EXCHANGING OR RETURNING ITEMS THAT ARE NOT DEFECTIVE
A change of mind is not a problem! your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number). You also need to submit a refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org to be granted an RMA number for the return to be authorized.
For any item that was shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable. If your request for refund is approved before an item is shipped, your shipping fees will be returned.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Contact us to ensure the refund was credited and get the date applicable. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank.
