Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will still work it out with you to sort any defective product or problem.
EXCHANGING OR REPLACING A DEFECTIVE ITEM
To return a defective item, please send the following information to email@example.com:
• A photo of the issue
• Description of the issue
• Your order number or proof of purchase
NOTE: Items with natural cosmetic imperfections or varied shape, texture, or volume are not considered defective.
EXCHANGING OR RETURNING ITEMS THAT ARE NOT DEFECTIVE
Did you change your mind after the purchase? Not a problem! Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging. To complete your return, follow the above bullets, to be granted an RMA number for the return to be authorized.
For any item that was shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable. If your refund request is approved before an item is shipped, your shipping fees will be returned.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or an original payment method within 3-5 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Contact us to ensure the refund was credited and get the date applicable. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
